Day One is all about figuring out what type of self-care we need the most. Do you need more sleep? More fun? Less stress? How are your finances? Physical and mental health? Start with this simple inventory from the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
I know a few of my self-care challenges without even taking the inventory. Financial health, which isn’t even included in the inventory, is a major point for me, as well as physical health. I haven’t been able to get to the gym regularly in weeks. Take a few minutes to print off and fill out the inventory.
