Self-Care Challenge: Day 2 – Move More
Research states that you should get 10,000 steps every day. I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been averaging around 4,000 (on a good day.) So today’s challenge is to move more. Get up every hour and stretch, walk around for a minute or two, go fill up that water bottle. I use my FitBit to remind me to get at least 250 steps every hour. I always try to aim for more.
